On February 7, 2008, the Master of the Order, Bro. Carlos Azpiroz Costa op, appointed Bro. Javier María Pose op Socius for Latin America and the Caribbean for the next six years.
Bro. Javier was born on January 18, 1965. He joined the Order in the Province of Argentina and made his first profession on February 25, 1984. He was ordained priest on August 19, 1990. Before coming over to Santa Sabina he was Prior Provincial of the province of Argentina.
